Today, another day at the archive. We move mountains, here. I think we did more than 65 Gestapo documents today. Translating, reading, and decoding the bad writing… It is a huge list of wanted persons, very valuable information that needs to be in our database. However, many documents are too damaged (by time, fire and water), that’s why we have to read and enter the data by hand.

Yesterday I thought this pile of documents was going to last forever, today I think we are past that point; I think I see light at the end of the tunnel …
